Missing a full item(s)?
Before an agent can assist you, we will need to obtain CLEAR photos of the (a.)packing slip located inside your package and the (b.)products you DID receive. So we can properly assess the issue and prevent further occurrences.
2. Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of the delivery date of your product.
When contacting support please ensure you have the following information present:
- Shipping Address
- Order #
- Photos of damage AND packaging (box)
Once we received all the information needed we will work on getting you that missing item ASAP (if available).
